All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Pricing and Payment
Idaho Refrigeration reserves the right to alter pricing without notice. After purchase, balance of products and/ or services will not be affected by price in case stated previously. If Client goes into default on balance due for products and services, the Client is responsible for all late fees, legal fees, and any interest capitalized on balance owed. Terms are clearly stated on all Invoices and statements.
Warranty Labor and Equipment
We follow all manufacturer’s warranties on parts and labor on all new equipment sold; as well as 30-day labor warranty for services on approved equipment. Manufacturer’s warranties are limited and may not cover cost incurred on service calls. Client is liable to pay any remaining balance declined by manufacturer’s warranty claims departments.
Shipping and Delivery
Idaho Refrigeration chooses to have most equipment ordered shipped to our shop first for review. Upon our approval of the equipment, our technicians deliver and install the equipment properly. On special occasion or client request, we drop ship the product directly to the client. In the event that there is a defect with the product, Idaho Refrigeration follows the manufacturer’s warranty.
Shipping new equipment to out of state clients is covered by manufacturer’s warranty and all applicable state and federal taxes apply.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Idaho Refrigeration & HVAC will honor manufacturer’s warranties for all equipment purchased through Idaho Refrigeration unless warranty is invalid because of misuse, incorrect installation, transfer of ownership, or expiration. We strive to exceed our Clients expectations. Therefore, we require all Clients to sign a customized quote before any equipment or money is exchanged between us and the Client. When the quote is signed, the Client is entering a legally bidding contract to pay for all equipment on the quote. If Idaho Refrigeration does not deliver the outlined equipment from the signed quote, we will make sure to correct the situation at our expense. If Idaho Refrigeration received misinformation concerning equipment from the Client or a third party elected by the Client, Idaho Refrigeration is not at fault.
After equipment is installed, it is immediately considered “used” and has started the depreciation process. Therefore, Idaho Refrigeration does not accept returns or offer refunds. All clients go through a consultation period before their purchase with our experienced staff and should not find any discomfort with their purchase.

When you purchase equipment from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Idaho Refrigeration does not sell or share your personal information with other parties and is interested in protecting our all Client Privacies.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT GATEWAYS
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase or pay on invoices, then Gravity Payments stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted unless you choose to have it saved for your convenience.
